Naturally year round employees have to sign a minimum 7 year contract while a temporary employee has the option of a 2 to 6 year contract. This is done across many parts of the U.S. because studies were done to show the positive results of men and women who worked at places where they were guaranteed employment for a certain number of years. The caveat; only some places with temporary andor seasonal employment paid their employees money benefits when work temporarily was paused until it resumed some weeks later while other temporary places of employment did pay their employees a prorated amount of money. Naturally different job programs were tailored for temporary and year round employees. I prefer to avoid being the moral police of Stormy Daniels getting paid $130K. However, one of the photos of Stormy Daniels with Donald Trump appears to be a photo to suggest that they were possibly close in some way. My point; Stormy Daniels may have understandable reasons to evade any confirmation of involvement with President Donald Trump. However, pictures tell a thousand words and the one picture of President Donald Trump in a yellow shirt says alot about the potential continued public spotlight and attention that Stormy Daniels may have unintentionally placed on herself by going public. Yes, Stormy Daniels in all fairness, also brought increased fame to herself by doing this yet I hope for her sake that she is able to parlay the fame into some marketable andor lucrative career down the line. Why do I say this even though I prefer to jump on the bandwagon and harshly judge Daniels; I just wish an open-minded female friend could have asked Stormy Daniels to think of how Melania Trump might feel by her going public this year and over 10 years after their possible ahem "meetups". Yes, despite my political beliefs I wonder if Stormy Daniels had enough open minded female friends around her to double check with her on if she thought it through on how Melania Trump might feel with what was has been made public on a mainstream media scale.

As an American born woman I am fortunate to be both foodstamp free and welfare free thanks to both a good job with leaders who help me feel valued and an ambitious husband who does the best he can as well with both his money and job. However, what Trump's budget plan overlooks is that some job seekers still have to obtain certain skill sets for certain jobs that require the type of education that is affected indirectly by Trump's plans as they pertain to the Department of Education and resources to obtain more schooling to obtain said skill sets.

However, even I know that sharing your salary with even a coworker who is professional allies with you is something that is at times better left unsaid and only to be shared after you depart the company and sometimes only if you are completely certain there is zero chance you would ever return to the company. I may be in the minority with my belief yet it is only advisable to share your salary with even a work friend only if you are 100 percent certain that you know that they would not even tell a work related rival about your salary, otherwise better to stay mum on your salary during your time with the company.
